CURATINGforum is an actual and virtual forum for generating a discussion around contemporary curatorial practice.
Aims
CURATINGforum offers professional curators, nascent curators, recent graduates, academics and artists exposure to curatorial perspectives and practices through a series of round-tables, discussions, seminars, informal gatherings and an on-line discussion board.
CURATINGforum aims to generate interest in the issues and the practicalities of curating and to expand opportunities for young curators to become involved, discuss new projects and proposals while also serving as an avenue to meet and engage with current concerns.
Program
CURATINGforum will focus on the current exhibitions at the Lawrence Wilson Art Gallery, the Cruthers Collection of Women's Art, the Berndt Museum and other galleries, museums and organisations around Western Australia.
Each of the four annual exhibition periods at the Lawrence Wilson Art Gallery will provide an opportunity to engage with the curators as they discuss the curatorial rationale and share their insights.

Online discussion board
An online discussion board will be made available for each CURATINGforum event. The discussion board requires the latest version of Internet Explorer or an alternative browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome or Safari.
